Dear Valued Customers:
To ensure the smooth delivery of your orders, please confirm that you possess the necessary import and customs clearance capabilities in the destination country before placing an order.
Upon arrival of the international express in the destination country, the Recipient/Buyer is responsible for customs clearance, payment of duties and taxes, and the timely submission of required documentation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, the order amount typically covers only the product cost and the agreed shipping fee. It does not include import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, storage fees, return shipping costs, destruction fees, abandonment fees, or any other costs arising from clearance issues in the destination country.
In principle, all related costs and losses shall be borne by the buyer if the goods cannot be cleared, delivered, signed for, returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to reasons attributable to the buyer. These reasons include, but are not limited to: refusal to pay taxes, failure to submit documents, incorrect information, inability to contact the recipient, or refusal to accept the package.
If the aforementioned fees are charged to the seller in advance by the carrier, customs, or related agencies, the seller reserves the right to seek reimbursement from the buyer.
For high-risk countries, sensitive products, first-time orders, or orders with complex clearance requirements, our store reserves the right to request additional information, verify clearance capabilities, adjust logistics plans, or refuse shipment if risks are deemed uncontrollable.
Placing an order constitutes the buyer's reading and understanding of the above terms. In case of other written agreements between both parties, the terms of the specific order shall prevail.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
