The following two scenarios require points deduction for MLB calculations:
1. When adding keys, points will be deducted to calculate the IMMO data.
2. When doing key recovery, the second-hand key has been initialized and unlocked, but does not have the IMMO data of the key. You
need to deduct a few points to collect and calculate the IMMO data of the key before it can be restored.
Notice:
For the Original key
Unlocked uninitialized with id Can generate key directly to learn key
Unlocked and uninitialized without id Allows to change the id once.
Unlocked and initialized Can restore key to unlocked and uninitialized state by calculating anti-theft data No id
Locked and initialized original key cannot be unlocked.

Xhorse VVDI MLB TOOL Software Display:
Users are required to bind MLB-Tool with Xhorse App to perform immo data online calculation. Go to Special Function- Bind Device and scan QR code to bind device.

MLB PC Software is required when you use with vvdi2. If use with vvdi key tool plus, connect MLB-Tool with KTP via the OTG converter. Then you collect key data, make dealer key and learn key all in the key tool plus.

Q: Points Cost and Collection Method Selection
A:
Collect the original vehicle key: 200 points.
Collect the original vehicle key, but you have a VVDI MLB key: waive the current collection points. Each MLB key can only waive
points once.
Collecting a VVDI key: does not require points.
Q: Common Issues with Collection Failures
A:
VCC1 and VCC2 are reversed.
The capacitor was removed incorrectly.
Short circuit in soldering.
Data collection requires wireless reading of the key simultaneously; if the key is not positioned correctly, it will not be
sensed.
Q: About Matching Devices
A:
MLB-TOOL can work with KEY TOOL PLUS or VVDI2.
For vehicles from 2023 onwards, due to SFD restrictions from manufacturers, SFD must be remotely unlocked before the matching
device can be used.
Q: About Supported Keys
A:
Supports original keys and VVDI MLB keys. Other aftermarket keys are not guaranteed.

1.RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 15 days from the receipt date to return your purchase from Hua Shi Locksmith House.
Please acknowledge that you should undertake the freight cost if it is personal preference issues.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, you may be issued a full refund less our original shipping costs.
We will accept your application of return under the following conditions:
(1) Products returned shall be in good conditions, i.e. the Products you returned shall be able to maintain its original quality and function; and the Products itself, together with its accessories, tags and logos are intact;
(2) Products returned are in the same status as you received it (for cosmetics and fragrances, the disposable sealed packaging shall be unopened), and will not affect its second sale;
(3) Unless otherwise indicated, gifts, coupons, vouchers and discount etc. shall be returned together with the Products;
Please exercise reasonable care while you are in possession of the Products. 3.RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In circumstances where you consider that the Product are defective, please contact a service representative promptly with details of the Product and its damages. In addition, you could also contact us by sabine@lockpick.me to receive return instructions. Defective products will be refunded or exchange.
4.DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT
Please examine your order immediately upon receipt for any damage. All instruments and accessories are examined and verified to be in perfect condition when packed. All packaging is according to the standards of the prevailing carrier. Regardless of the appearance of the carton, any instrument and accessories received in a damaged condition has occurred while in transit, must be reported at once to the carrier.
If your order was shipped via DHL, please contact your local DHL office immediately. Please retain the carton, packaging, and damaged contents for DHL inspection. Then contact your service representative of Hua Shi Locksmith House to assist you with product replacement. All claims must be filed within 5 days after the receipt of order.
